One of my absolute favorite things about engagement sessions is getting to learn more about my couple. No I don’t mean how they are infront of the camera, but WHO they are as people. I love getting to hear the stories, the proposal, and how it all came about. I love getting to hear the wedding planning and their excitement for the big day. By hearing these details, I’m able to serve them in the best way possible and truly turn that client relationship into a friendship as well.

Jenna and Ethan were no different. Suggested to one another by their siblings, the two didn’t head the advice until later down the road. Fast forward time a bit and on a rainy day, Ethan took Jenna to their secret spot and popped the question (with their siblings their to photograph from afar). I absolutely LOVED heading to the spot where this magic moment happened for them. To me it always makes engagement sessions even more sentimental.

Jenna and Ethan – it was SUCH a fantastic afternoon with you both. I’m so greatly looking forward to all that is to come in April!
