Some sessions are just pure magic. Like flour in the air, kiss me like you mean it, cuddle up in moody light magic. I’ve never done an in home engagement session, so when Tina brought up the idea to capture both her and Trevor’s love indoors, I was stoked and sold. Right away I had the feeling this was going to be one session I wasn’t going to forget, and boy was I right.

Capturing raw emotion is more and more becoming the focal point in my imagery and I’m loving it. When your couples completely let loose and enjoy the moment it allows for one of a kind imagery that I’m so gosh darn pumped about. One of my favorite moments from this session was when Tina and Trevor busted out the flour and went to TOWN throwing it at one another and having a full on flour war. By far the coolest moment I’ve shot to date. Tina actually happens to be a videographer here in Eastern Washington, and we recently got to work with one another on Jordan and Dyllan’s wedding which you can see here.

Indoor sessions might be my favorite thing this winter. Cozy nights by the fire, hot coco, the works. Dream.  Tina + Trevor, thank you for a fun filled and carefree afternoon, alongside pushing me out of my comfort zone to try something new!
